Built for the way San Diego businesses work

The kinds of teams we support across the county.

Sample profile

Professional accounting firm

Mission Valley, 14 staff

The problem. Slowdowns during tax season, untested backups, and staff sharing sensitive files over unsecured email.

What we did. Added encrypted file sharing, multi-factor authentication, and monthly backup restore tests.

"Busy season is when we can't afford downtime. Having one engineer who already knows our setup makes all the difference."

Client name, title, firm
Sample profile

Architectural design studio

Kearny Mesa, 9 staff

The problem. Large design files were slow to share, and project data lived on a single aging server.

What we did. Moved files to a cloud workspace with fast local access, then set up offsite backup.

"Our files open faster, and I'm no longer worried about what happens if that old server dies."

Client name, title, studio
Sample profile

Multi-site retail business

East County, 3 locations, 22 staff

The problem. Point-of-sale outages, inconsistent Wi-Fi, and no one to call when a store went down.

What we did. Standardized networking at every store, added remote monitoring, and set up same-day onsite dispatch.

"When a register goes down, we get a real person who picks up and knows which store we mean."

Emergency response

Priority emergency response is available for catastrophic outages, such as an offline server, an office with no internet, or an active security threat.

Call (619) 985-0635 and tell us it's an emergency.

What counts as a critical outage?

Priority response is reserved for events that stop your business, so we can drop everything when it really matters. Not sure which category you're in? Call us and we'll sort it out together.

Critical outage

Acknowledged within 1 hour

  • Your entire office's internet is down
  • A server is offline or unreachable
  • An active security threat, such as ransomware or a compromised account
  • A business system is down for all staff, such as email or your point-of-sale

Standard request

Acknowledged within 4 business hours, same business day

  • Password resets and account lockouts
  • New employee setup and offboarding
  • Routine software installs and updates
  • Problems affecting one person, such as a slow laptop or a printer issue

Tickets marked critical that don't meet these criteria are handled as standard requests.

Common questions

How does flat-rate pricing work?

You pay one predictable monthly rate based on the number of users or devices on your plan. Everything in scope for your plan, from help desk requests to monitoring and patching, is covered with no surprise hourly charges.

If something falls outside your plan, like an office move or a large migration, we agree on the scope and price in writing before any work starts.

How fast will you respond?

Critical, business-halting outages are acknowledged within 1 hour. Standard requests are acknowledged within 4 business hours, and guaranteed a response the same business day.

Acknowledged means an engineer has your ticket and is working on it, not an automated reply. Not sure which category your issue is in? See what counts as critical.

Will I talk to the same person every time?

Yes. You get a dedicated engineer who learns your network, your software, and how your team works. You reach that engineer directly, instead of waiting in a tiered helpdesk queue and re-explaining your setup to someone new each time.

Do you come onsite?

Yes. We work remote-first because it's the fastest way to fix most problems. When something needs hands on hardware or the network, such as a failed switch, a dead workstation, or new equipment, we dispatch locally anywhere in San Diego County.

Onsite visits are scheduled by appointment, and emergency dispatch is available for critical hardware and network events.

What do I need to get a quote?

Just a brief discovery call, about 15 minutes. We'll ask how many people work at your company, how many devices you use (computers, phones, printers, network gear), and what your cloud environment looks like, such as Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS. Then we send a written flat-rate proposal.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. Our agreements are month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice. We earn your business every month through reliable service, not multi-year lock-ins.

What happens outside of normal business hours?

Our helpdesk hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT. Tickets logged after hours are picked up first thing the next business day.

For a catastrophic outage, such as an offline server, a network that's completely down, or an active security threat, call (619) 985-0635 and tell us it's an emergency. Your engineer is alerted and responds on call. Your service agreement spells out how after-hours emergency work is handled.
